## Cancellation by pvcsoftware.online

The information will not be used or shared with third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law. pvcsoftware.online will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for fraudulent card use is on you, and the onus to prove otherwise is on you. pvcsoftware.online is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit with our acquiring bank.
## Fraudulent/Declined Transactions
pvcsoftware.online reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyer fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or breaches of these T&C.
## Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the requisite authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. You shall not use this Site if you are not competent to contract under applicable laws.
## You Agree and Confirm
– If a non-delivery occurs due to your mistake (e.g., wrong name or address), any extra cost incurred for redelivery will be claimed from you.

– You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where requested.

## Voucher Codes
pvcsoftware.online reserves the right to limit the use of voucher codes. We may limit the times per customer a coupon code may be used. Voucher codes are intended for individual use one time per customer. Terms and conditions for any contest will be separately available on the Site. In case of conflict between these T&C and the contest terms, the latter will prevail.
